FILMdyne LLC, an independent production company located in Lexington,
Kentucky, will be holding Open Auditions on Saturday, March 25th, 2006  for the purpose of assembling a database of actors for
pending FILMdyne productions.  FILMdyne is in pre-production and will
be shooting the first episode of a mini-series entitled TRUE SELF�

Who's doing this and why?

  • Bill Dyszel
    The most unique and prolific filmmaker in the 48-Hour Film Project, Bill Dyszel has now completed 12 films in 7 different cities for this international film event and he’s made them all entirely by himself. He singlehandedly writes, acts, shoots, composes, arranges, edits and delivers every film on time every time, often in competition with teams boasting up to 50 members from television networks and professional film companies. To top that, he turns every film into a musical which he performs in song from start to finish. This blog will tell about those experiences, as well as his activities as a member of Quickflicks/Group 101 NYC, a once-a-month filmmakers collective. He'll also offer some how-to tips for fast filmmakers everywhere along with some articles from his book on instant moviemaking.
